WCSAA SMS ALERTS

The Westbury Christian School Athletic Association (WCSAA) uses SMS alerts to communicate operational information with board members, committee members, volunteers, and other designated WCSAA personnel who voluntarily opt in.

Messages may include volunteer staffing needs and cancellations, finance or payment follow-up alerts, membership and sponsorship activity, fundraiser activity, and other time-sensitive WCSAA administrative notifications.

Participation in WCSAA activities, registration, volunteering, or purchases does not require SMS enrollment. SMS participation is completely optional.

Message frequency varies based on WCSAA operational activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional. A user may submit the SMS preference form without selecting the checkbox. If the checkbox is not selected, the user is not enrolled in WCSAA SMS alerts.
